Who We Are
Lincoln Cafe and Market was brought to life by Mary Tobias, the Chicago-based entrepreneur behind Glow Superfood and former chef at Girl and the Goat, Roister, and Althea.
The Cafe combines a versatile & friendly menu featuring locally sourced ingredients and an expansive coffee & tea program. Meanwhile, The Market features packaged-goods highlighting products from Chicago’s food entrepreneurs: Bartleby’s Ice Cream Cakes, Carolyn’s Krisps, Tubby’s Taste, Pickled Prince, Kite String Cantina, Glow Superfood, and more!
Customers can expect a relaxing space with Wi-Fi, over 130 vinyl records to listen to, comfortable tables, and couches, and an introduction to authentic Chicago made food and food-entrepreneurs.
